Exchange / Refund Policy

Exchange policy 

Minnor alterations required as its readymade product, no exchange or refund for same.

Once your parcel is received by us, we will process the exchange within 3-5 working days.

Exchanges will only be accepted within 10 days from date of delivery.

The item will have to be undamaged, unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all the labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging to be eligible for exchange.

We do not have a reverse pickup service. The customer will have to send the item back for exchange by themselves. The charges for sending the new product back will have to be borne by the customer.

We only exchange with a different size of the the same piece. Only if you send opening video of parcel and if you recived damage product found in video. We do not accept exchanges with different designs or items. Please check all the pictures and description before ordering.

Customer need to send back and we will send kurta once we recive it. Customer have to borrow both courier charges.

Refund

 Do we accept returns and refunds?

We do not accept returns or issue refunds.

If we don't have your purchased item in the size you need or the same exact item in case of any other issues, we will provide store credit in such cases. The validity of the Store credit will be 1 month. You will have to use it and make a purchase within this period.
